Job Overview
As a Manager Digital & AI
- Quality Continuous Improvement (m/f/d), you will play a key role in shaping how digital and AI capabilities transform quality across the AUT EMIA region. You will define and drive a clear Digital & AI roadmap, translate strategic priorities into tangible solutions, and partner closely with teams across Quality, Operations, and IT to deliver measurable business impact. This role is ideal for someone who combines a strong quality and continuous improvement mindset with hands-on experience in digital, data, and AI — and enjoys working at the intersection of strategy and execution.
Job Requirements
- Define and drive the Digital & AI strategy for Quality across Automotive EMIA BU, translating business priorities into scalable solutions
- Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities to improve quality performance through digitalization and AI
- Lead end-to-end implementation of digital and AI initiatives — from idea to measurable business impact
- Facilitate structured workshops to define use cases, align stakeholders, and build clear project roadmaps
- Design and deploy dashboards and data solutions to improve transparency and decision-making (e.g. Power BI)
- Track performance, impact, and value creation of initiatives, and communicate results to key stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Operations, IT, and Data teams to co-create sustainable solutions
- Build digital and AI capabilities within the organization through coaching, knowledge sharing, and enablement
What Your Background Should Look Like
- Experience in driving digital, data, or AI-related initiatives in a business or industrial environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to translate business needs into practical technical or data-driven solutions
- Experience working with stakeholders across different functions and levels
- Familiarity with data visualization, analytics tools, or low-code platforms (e.g. Power BI, Power Apps)
- Understanding of AI concepts, data architecture, or digital solution development is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Business-fluent English
