Review business and functional requirements and prepare understanding document. Prepare work package estimates based on requirements. Create Test Plan, Test strategy document and perform test planning activities as per process. Attend client calls and coordinate with offshore teams. Team handling. Monitor team performance and activity. Integration testing, regression testing, web service testing and different types of testing. Maintain quality standards as per CMM and TL9K processes.

Identify high level and detailed test cases and conduct internal and external reviews. Report test planning and execution status to client on a daily basis. Perform test execution, capture test logs and raise defects. Defect management using ALM QC, CA Rally. Publish test summary, reports with evidence and test execution logs after successful completion of test execution. Give the testing sign off and deliver the test end report after the successful migration of the application.
