Reporting Lead
This Reporting Lead will map data, analyze trends, work with leadership to establish baselines and appropriate KPIs to start. He/she will then assess tools to determine what’s best for their data visualizations and dashboards. Prior experience across ETL, Reporting, Analytics tooling is required. He/she will be capable of guiding a small team but also able to contribute hands-on. This role requires experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and/or statistical software.
Strong analytical and organizational skills also essential. Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and Splunk is desired. Someone with the ability to contribute to strategic roadmap as they work to solution and build out this new reporting environment.
Develop, maintain, and automate operational and executive-level reports and dashboards.
Gather reporting requirements by working closely with business stakeholders.
Analyze data trends and present actionable insights to support strategic initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting outputs.
Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to improve data quality and reporting processes.
Monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
