Senior Data Analyst •
Location: Hybrid

• Collaboration with Data Science/Engineering:
  Work closely with Meta Reality Labs’ data science and engineering teams to communicate sales reporting needs, provide guidance on tooling requirements, and ensure alignment between data capabilities and business objectives.
• Rhythm of Business Reporting:
  Develop and maintain continuous reporting processes that provide a clear and comprehensive view of Reality Labs’ business performance. Focus on agility and identify how business operations impact sales outcomes. Create impactful data visualizations to effectively communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders.
• Insights to Action:
  Conduct ad hoc analyses to address specific business questions and challenges. Apply critical thinking and sales analytics expertise to develop data-driven recommendations for senior sales leaders. Propose adjustments to sales models to optimize operational plans and identify areas for efficiency improvement.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data platforms.

• Experience in one or more of the following channels:
  Direct to Consumer;
  Business-to-Business;
  Commercial Sales.
• Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques.
• Experience with data storytelling and presentation skills.
