Job Summary
OPN is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Systems Analyst focused on building healthcare management platforms, you will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technology team. You will translate business needs into functional requirements and ensure that our software and services meet high standards of quality and meet user expectations.
Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of OPN’s business processes and technology platforms.
- Craft well-constructed technical user stories based on business goals, developer feedback, and personal expertise.
- Prioritize and manage feature backlogs and maintain monthly and quarterly development roadmaps.
- Participate in the QA of new features to ensure they meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Tests with stakeholders and end-users.
- Promote end-user adoption of new features and platforms.
- Work together with OPN’s data analytics team to build a robust reporting and analytics platform.
- Develop and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on functional aspects of OPN’s technology platforms.
- Gather and analyze data points to determine how products are performing and where they can be improved.
- Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.
- Assess and recommend options for business process improvements.
- Ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders.
- Experience translating end-user business requirements and processes into functional and technical specifications.
- Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to business problems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- BA/BS in MIS, Computer Science, Business or equivalent working experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (listening, verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently, follow through on assignments, and adhere to timelines.
