• Conduct forensic investigations on data collection practices, focusing on cookies, pixels, and other tracking technologies.
• Collaborate with law firms to analyze and provide expert insights on data collection processes involved in lawsuits.
• Prepare detailed forensic reports.
• Review and assess the legality of data captured by organizations, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and consent requirements.
• Stay updated on evolving privacy laws, regulations, and best practices related to data collection and tracking technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in digital forensics, with a focus on data privacy and compliance.
• Strong understanding of cookies, pixels, and other web tracking technologies, and how they collect and store data.
• Knowledge of relevant privacy laws and regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, and others related to consent for data collection.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex data collection processes and identify potential legal issues.
• Experience working with legal teams on cases involving data privacy and security is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CIPP, or GCFA are a plus.
