What You Will Do

• Drive AI and Automation: Proactively identify repetitive IT operational tasks, and design or deploy agentic AI tools and scripts to optimize workflows.

• Empower the Team: Manage full lifecycle onboarding and offboarding, provisioning top‑tier Apple and corporate hardware for employees and subcontractors.

• Optimize Internal Tools: Administer and optimize essential platforms like Slack, Jira, Bitbucket, Hub Spot, Coda, and Google Admin.

• Elevate the Workspace: Ensure our modern office runs perfectly—from flawless Wi‑Fi and advanced meeting room AV setups to smart physical access security and building liaison coordination.

• Champion Security & Cloud: Collaborate with specialized external vendors (like Vendito) on advanced endpoint security, manage technical GDPR workflows, and orchestrate AWS account budgeting.

• True Ownership: You won't just follow a checklist; you will completely own our internal tool ecosystems, endpoint configurations, and office infrastructure.
