The Senior Technical Delivery Manager is a leader responsible for orchestrating end‑to‑end delivery across WWT’s full portfolio of services. This role ensures operational excellence, drives measurable business outcomes, and serves as the executive point of accountability for delivery quality, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and growth enablement within our largest and most strategic accounts. The ideal candidate brings deep consulting rigor, technical fluency, and strong executive presence to the role.

This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret (TS) security clearance.

The Senior Technical Delivery Manager (Federal) is responsible for orchestrating end‑to‑end delivery of complex technology programs and services for WWT’s U.S. Federal Government customers. This individual serves as the primary delivery leader and trusted advisor for strategic Federal and Department of Defense (DoD) accounts, ensuring operational excellence, drives measurable business outcomes, and serves as the executive point of accountability for delivery quality, financial performance, customer satisfaction and growth enablement within our largest and most strategic accounts.

The ideal candidate combines strong program delivery expertise, executive‑level customer engagement, experience operating within Federal contracting environments, and the ability to collaborate with sales and engineering teams to expand customer relationships and drive mission‑focused outcomes.

• Serve as the primary delivery leader and trusted advisor for WWT’s strategic Federal and DoD customers.
• Build and maintain trusted and long‑term relationships with government stakeholders, client executives, and partner organizations.
