• Provide functional production support across the Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Projects, Costing, and General Ledger streams on Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle R12.
• Configure and support Oracle Cloud modules across Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Projects, Costing, Fusion Tax, and Expenses, including R12 equivalents.
• Analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and configure Oracle Cloud / R12 solutions aligned with WWT’s finance and operations processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within agreed SLAs, performing root‑cause analysis and driving permanent fixes.
• Write and tune SQL queries against Oracle database tables for data extraction, validation, defect triage, and ad‑hoc reporting.
• Support Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and R12 patching by assessing functional impact, executing regression testing, and coordinating sign‑offs.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation including BRDs, FDDs, configuration workbooks, test scripts, SOPs, and user training material.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher; support data migration and integration validation using FBDI/ADFDI templates.
• Work with technical teams on integrations involving OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, Vertex, and Coupa as applicable to the assigned track.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, Procurement, Projects, and IT teams to design enhancements that improve process efficiency, control, and compliance.
• Support audit and SOC control activities, ensuring configuration changes and access reviews are evidenced appropriately.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, MIS, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years supporting or implementing Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Cloud Financials
