Senior Manager, Digital Experience – Web

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic vision and day-to-day operations for the firm’s digital properties
• Serve as the primary business owner for the Content Management System (CMS) and related web technologies
• Direct onshore UX/UI designers and offshore development teams
• Responsible for the overall health, accessibility, and performance of digital platforms
• Design and optimize web-based client journeys
• Lead the analytics strategy for the web
• Partner across Marketing and Business Development organization
• Collaborate with Tech, IT, and external agencies on the long-term digital roadmap
• Manage the governance framework for web updates
• Serve as direct supervisor and mentor to direct reports

• 7+ years of directly applicable experience (e.g., web operations, digital operations, or related field)
• Proven experience with CMS/Web technologies, including and DAM
• Strong understanding of SEO, AEO and GEO
• Comfortable and familiar with UX/UI design
• Ability to work extended and/or weekend hours, as required
• Ability to travel, as required
