Sr. Enterprise Application Analyst Fusion Supply Chain will develop, influence, and implement partner strategy that aligns business units (BU) and Digital Business Team (DBT) to achieve both BU‑specific and AV enterprise objectives, contributing to AV’s Digital Transformation initiative.
Position Responsibilities- Partner with business units, ensuring decisions are customer‑centric.
- Re‑imagine optimal processes using people, process, data, and technology.
- Leverage Oracle Fusion standard processes to minimize customizations while meeting AV DOD needs.
- Execute solutions that demonstrate the value of AV business partnerships.
- Serve as subject‑matter expert (SME) for designated partner business units.
- Attend partner BU meetings, shadow team members, and document workflows.
- Explain day‑in‑the‑life for roles within partner BU.
- Act as trusted advisor and key contact for BU & DBT stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain goals and DBT solution roadmap with BU leadership.
- Utilize business analysis techniques and business cases to define high‑level product features and service levels.
- Develop ideas focused on business value, including digital awareness, risk assessment, and business continuity.
- Conduct business process gap analysis toward digitalization and automation.
- Analyze business requirements, identify data elements, and produce detailed specifications.
- Build positive relationships with business partners horizontally and vertically.
- Collaborate with IT team to develop IT strategies.
- Write functional and data requirement documents for enterprise data teams.
- Monitor technology planning, deployment progress, and ensure business value from DBT capabilities is captured.
- Lead design sessions and prototype systems to enhance business processes.
- Ensure project resources, adoption, and escalation management.
- Demonstrate Oracle discrete manufacturing and operations capabilities.
- Maintain feasibility and solution delivery, approve changes to high‑level requirements.
- Manage enhancement requests post‑implementation and monitor production issues.
- Prioritize technology projects, align with ROI objectives, and support BU & IT strategy.
- Partner with PMO for cross‑functional projects, ensuring integration, implementation, and adoption.
- Assist in strategic plan execution and create presentations for executive management.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education, training, or experience.
- 12–15 years of business‑relationship management or business analysis experience with Oracle ERP/Fusion Applications and multiple SaaS/Cloud systems.
- Experience with Oracle modules:
Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing/Receiving, ASCP, BOM, WIP, Quality, MES, and Oracle Fusion. - Knowledge of Quote‑to‑Order and Order‑to‑Cash processes.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to perform GAP analysis and provide solutions.
- Experience with software development life cycle, testing cycles, PoC, CRP, and UAT.
- Configuration, functional design, and test scenario documentation skills.
- Basic SQL and comfort with PL/SQL a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and team‑dynamics skills.
- Experience with Oracle Support and service‑desk ticketing systems.
- Inventory, Manufacturing and Operations expertise.
- Project costing and project contracts experience.
- Oracle Fusion – Oracle Product Hub (PIM) knowledge.
- Strategic planning for Oracle Fusion requirements.
- Knowledge of Salesforce applications and APIs.
- Business requirement workshops facilitation.
- Big‑picture mindset, tactical and strategic thinking.
- Team lead and/or project lead collaboration experience.
- Negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong initiative, organization, and project‑management skills.
- Fast‑paced, deadline‑driven execution.
- Ability to influence others and break down silos.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, Excel, Project, Access, PowerPoint).
- Commitment to continuous learning and team success.
Necessary for office work: ability to sit and stand for long periods, use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.
Salary$136,807 – $194,040.
