• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams, addressing inquiries related to product applications and troubleshooting. Conduct comparative testing in customers’ R&D and workshop.
• Develop, follow up, and manage users through effective customer relationship management, product application development, and technical support. Collaborate with dealers to develop new customers and maintain existing ones.
• Gain a thorough understanding of marketing information, such as trends, competition and requirements, to propose accurate technical solutions.
• Responsible for new application development, introducing and promoting products, establishing and regularly updating pipeline and recipe databases. Design and execute experiments to optimize existing formulations and processes.
• Prepare comprehensive customer visit reports, including test results, customer information, feedback, and subsequent action plans to enhance product performance in alignment with company and customer demands.
• Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars to enhance knowledge of biotechnological fermentation production and promote the company's products.
