Manager, Front Office Strategy Consulting – Customer Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis initiatives to extract insights and drive data-driven decision-making for clients.
• Utilize advanced analytics techniques to optimize client operations and achieve strategic goals.
• Manage and mentor teams to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes.
• Develop and implement data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling strategies.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and confirm data integrity and security.
• Create and deploy scalable data visualization and analytics solutions using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Conduct complex data analysis and predictive modeling to support client needs.
• Collaborate with client leadership to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
• Encourage innovation and embrace technology to enhance project delivery.
• Address conflicts and engage in critical conversations with stakeholders to maintain project alignment.

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Preference for studies in Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, or Finance.
• At least one certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS).
• Demonstrated proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Proficiency in utilizing advanced data analytics techniques for customer insights.
• Experience in complex data analysis and predictive modeling.
• Leadership experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Ability to embrace technology and innovation in client solutions.
