Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain enterprise‑level data models to support analytics, reporting, and integration needs
• Build high‑quality dashboards, semantic models, and datasets using Microsoft Power BI
• Leverage Microsoft Fabric capabilities—including Lakehouse, Dataflows Gen2, Pipelines, Semantic Models, and Notebooks—to build scalable modern analytics solutions
• Develop DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and dataflows to create governed, reusable data assets
• Understand and interpret Oracle E‑Business Suite (R12) and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP data structures, tables, and reporting layers
• Translate business processes from Finance, Supply Chain, and other functions into robust analytical data models
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and data logic
• Ensure high levels of data quality, integrity, and governance across Fabric and Power BI assets
• Optimize SQL queries, ETL logic, and BI models for performance and scalability
• Support ad‑hoc analytics and resolve data issues as they arise

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 7–10+ years of experience in data analytics and data modeling
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, dashboard design)
• Hands‑on experience working with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Engineering, Data Factory, One Lake)
• Solid SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
• Deep practical experience designing data models with Oracle ERP R12 and/or Oracle Fusion will be highly desirable skill
• Understanding data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and star schema design
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
