Senior Director, Product Management

Responsibilities

• Help set strategic vision with executive management and the roadmaps needed to get there.
• Engage with customers, partners, and internal collaborators to resolve business requirements, technical considerations, and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations peers to deliver both strategic and tactical plans and objectives.
• Own the delivery of platform products & services from planning to delivery and iteration, with strong product sense and customer focus.
• Lead a diverse team of product managers providing guidance, removing roadblocks, ensuring business outcomes are met and driving product management excellence.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Security or related fields
• 10+ years in a technical product management or related role
• 5+ years of people management experience with distributed and global teams
• Experience working on and efficiently delivering technical cloud-based and enterprise software.
• Demonstrated experience in assembling and redefining technical product requirements into an actionable product roadmap.
• Experience working and delivering product or services in an agile/lean environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership
• Track record of successfully building alliances with teams in a matrix environment
