Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives from problem framing and experimental design through production delivery
- Architect and implement scalable data solutions
- Fuse disparate data sources and establish data preparation standards
- Implement data quality controls and manage schema changes
- Develop, evaluate, and deploy predictive models and optimization approaches
- Support text-heavy and unstructured-data use cases with NLP methods
- Deliver decision-support products through Power BI
- Provide technical leadership and consultation
- 5+ years of related experience
- Master’s or doctoral degree in quantitative science, social science or related discipline
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for analytics, ML, and data manipulation
- Advanced SQL skills and hands‑on experience with SQL Server
- Experience using Databricks and Apache Spark (PySpark)
- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts
- Experience producing decision-quality visualization and reporting, preferably with Power BI
- Familiarity with NLP, LLMs, and agent concepts
- Experience integrating analytics into applications using Power Apps
