Responsibilities
- Act as the go‑to expert on data and analytics, providing strategic recommendations and insights through compelling, data‑driven storytelling to influence key stakeholders.
- Design and build executive‑level dashboards and self‑serve reporting tools to track KPIs.
- Define key performance metrics and targets, build reports and dashboards to derive insights into the health of the business, identify areas of weakness, and present improvement recommendations to sales leadership.
- Enable and automate operational rhythms such as quarterly and monthly business reviews and annual planning by delivering high‑quality insights and visuals.
- Perform ad‑hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools (examples include customer segmentation, sales participation, propensity to buy, market deep dives, white space, etc.).
- Create executive‑level presentations for both local and global leadership reviews.
- Collaborate across functions, including finance, sales programs, operations, and product, to align on goals and inform key decisions.
- Partner with teams to standardize definitions, metrics, and reporting frameworks for consistency across the org.
- Assist in troubleshooting operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems and processes to fix root causes.
- 3+ years (Senior Analyst) or 5+ years (Manager) of professional experience in consulting, sales strategy/business operations, or a highly analytical role, with demonstrated experience in data analytics / business intelligence.
- Strong business acumen with a passion for data and analytics, including in-depth knowledge of sales‑related datasets / metrics.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM; intermediate level of SQL, Tableau, and AI tools (Claude, Codex, etc.), with interest to advance.
- Experience in quantitative analysis and financial modeling.
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence without authority.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to zoom out and think strategically.
- A "get‑it‑done" attitude with the curiosity to explore and improve.
- Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to executives.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
