Senior Consultant, Analytics

Responsibilities

• Act as thought leaders in technology solutions and/or integrated analytics that address specific commercial pharma/biotech needs
• Independently drive the design and implementation of these solutions/analytics for life sciences clients
• Mentor and train junior staff members and collaborate cross-functionally
• Develop and implement analytics and AI-driven approaches to forecasting, sales analytics, omnichannel measurement, and data science
• Identify key insights from complex data outputs and directly link them to the strategic implications for clients’ business
• Create and manage client proposals and presentations

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in life sciences analytics, consulting, or related fields
• Experience with commercial pharma datasets, advanced analytics applications, omnichannel measurement, marketing analytics, or technology-enabled solutions preferred
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities
• Foundational understanding of AI, LLMs, and life sciences real-world data
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to independently manage multiple work streams and deadlines
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management capabilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Demonstrates expertise in life sciences analytics and technology solutions, with a strong focus on AI‑driven approaches and commercial pharma datasets. Capable of mentoring junior staff and effectively managing client proposals and presentations.
