At Boeing, we are building the future of aerospace and defense through advanced technology and a collaborative culture. We are hiring an Experienced Scrum Master/Team Coach to lead agile teams for the Battlespace Simulation Software team in Hazelwood, Missouri.

• Partner with Product Owner and technical leads to define, refine, and prioritize product backlog feeding sprint cycles.
• Co‑proactively remove barriers, coach team members on best practices, and run Scrum ceremonies for 2–3 teams.
• Participate in or lead Communities of Practice (CoP) meetings and drive process improvements across organization.
• Coordinate and lead Agile ceremonies, track metrics, create tickets, and present status reports to stakeholders.
• Review and prioritize work through backlog, solve problems, track output, identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Coach teams in self‑organization, cross‑functional skill development, and domain knowledge.
• Work with Release Train Engineer to define, maintain, and communicate performance metrics to teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience in agile software development environment.
• Certifications:
  
  Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified SAFe Scrum Master.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Atlassian Tools (JIRA/Confluence).

• 8+ years product development experience using Agile/Scrum.
• Experience supporting teams using Dev Ops or Dev Sec Ops  tools.
• Advanced Agile certifications such as Advanced Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe Practice Consultant.

This role may require up to 10% travel. Position is for First Shift.

Candidate must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required. Interim and final U.S. Secret Clearance post‑start is mandatory.

Position must meet U.S. export control compliance. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Competitive base pay with variable compensation. Eligible employees may enroll in benefit programs including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time off. Pay range: $108,800 – $147,200.

Relocation assistance may be offered based on eligibility.
