Quality Assurance Lead

Our client, a leading communications provider, is seeking a QA Lead to own test strategy, execution, and defect management. This person will ensure testing is planned early and coverage protects critical use cases.

This position is a 6–12-month contract to start, onsite 4 days a week in Maryland Heights, MO, or Greenwood Village, CO.

This position is W-2 only. We are open to working with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

• Automating new manual test scripts stored in the Octane test case management tool
• Updating and rewriting existing automation scripts to support new functionality or improve resilience against technical execution failures
• Executing automation batches for out-of-cycle testing requests as needed
• Troubleshooting automation failures, performing necessary repairs or refactoring to ensure successful execution
• Clearly communicating progress, risks, and any blockers
• Proactively seeking assistance when encountering obstacles

• Requires managing both manual and automation testing aspects

• Pay Range:
  The approximate pay range for this position is between $105,000 and $110,000
