Responsibilities
- Lead and transform IT operations as IT architect and operations leader.
- Design and deliver technology solutions supporting business initiatives.
- Own full IT operations including cloud platforms, SaaS applications, networks, and infrastructure.
- Manage a distributed team of IT engineers and administrators.
- Collaborate closely with Security, Finance, and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
- 3 – 5+ years in IT management or leadership roles.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end enterprise IT operations.
- Strong expertise in cloud and enterprise IT systems, especially Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Familiarity with identity and access management, virtualization, endpoint management, and IT security tools.
Demonstrates extensive expertise in leading IT operations and architecture, with a strong focus on cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. Proven ability to manage distributed teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that align with business objectives.
