• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Adobe’s end-to-end travel program
• Lead strategic global initiatives, ensuring adherence to global policies
• Champion travel policy adherence through proactive communication and education
• Coordinate the Executive Travel Program
• Partner with the Adobe Preferred Travel Provider (Navan)
• Identify and champion process improvements
• Establish and maintain a regular mechanism for collecting traveler feedback
• Serve as a contact point for complex traveler issues
• Stay informed of industry and market trends

• 5+ years of experience in corporate travel management
• Strong understanding of travel processes, technology, and systems
• Proficiency with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Demonstrated success influencing collaborators at the director level and above
• Experience implementing traveler-facing communications, self-service tools, or programs
