Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned design systems leader to own the vision, roadmap, and governance for Clearwater's design system across web products. You will design core components, tokens, and patterns, working hands-on in Figma and code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) to keep design and implementation in lockstep.
You will drive the Figma-to-Storybook workflow, manage token pipelines, and collaborate with engineers to ensure tokens map cleanly from design to production.
