Chief of Staff

We are seeking a strategic and highly proactive IT Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted advisor and operational partner to the IT leadership team. This role will help identify, recommend, and drive organizational improvements that enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of the IT organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can proactively assess business and technology needs, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions without requiring detailed direction.

Acting as an extension of the IT leader, this individual will lead cross-functional initiatives, drive organizational change, establish governance and operational processes, align stakeholders around strategic priorities, and ensure key programs and objectives are executed successfully. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of technology organizations, exceptional communication and influence skills, and a proven ability to navigate ambiguity while independently driving meaningful transformation across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Executive-level experience in a large organization
• Enterprise experience
• Ability to coach on executive-level communication
