Job SummaryThe RPA Developer I is responsible for the development and administration of solutions for managed RPA environments. The role partners with various teams to design, implement, test, document, and deploy enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes.
Responsibilities- Develop stable, secure, and scalable RPA solutions using UiPath that focus on identity and user access control processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain RPA workflows using UiPath Studio.
- Integrate RPA solutions with other systems and applications, such as databases, APIs, and third‑party software.
- Monitor bots post‑deployment and proactively fix bugs.
- Adopt new automations and technical tools to improve workflow efficiency.
- Lead meetings and workshops with business units to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Document process workflows, create technical designs, release notes, and other project documentation to support development, security, operations, and maintenance.
- Ensure RPA solutions comply with industry best practices and data security/privacy regulations.
- Be available to work after hours and provide support for a 24/7 operation as needed.
- Background developing with UiPath.
- Experience with scripting languages (Power Shell, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
- Solid understanding of workflow design principles.
- Experience with databases (SQL or No
SQL). - Knowledge of agile-driven development using Scrum methodology.
- Strong grasp of how to use RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Amazon S3.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience Requirements:
Generally prefers a minimum of two (2) years of Robotic Process Automation experience (UIPath, Blueprism, Nice) or two (2) years of development experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field is required.
CompensationSalary range: $85,000.00 – $ USD. The actual base pay will depend on relevant experience, education, location, and internal equity.
