- Monitor and manage support mailbox for end-user inquiries.
- Performs financial daily and monthly balancing for data sent or received between systems.
- Investigates production issues, involving cross-functional teams when needed.
- Provide end-user training and support for upstream/downstream application teams.
- Complete reports, metrics, and analysis as required.
- Build strong relationships with users and propose system/process improvements.
- Test and document changes for enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality.
- Maintain system reference and end-user documentation.
- Provide financial business support as requested.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of accounting experience.
- Experience supporting financial applications (vendor or proprietary).
- Ability to manage moderately complex projects.
- Strong customer service orientation with internal stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Nice To Have
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Analytics Cloud, or Oracle-based custom applications.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools and financial reporting systems.
