** Role Overview:
** We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and modern Data & AI platforms to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise data solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and clients to define architecture strategies, establish best practices, and drive successful implementation of cloud-based data platforms.

Key Responsibilities
* Architect end-to-end data and analytics solutions on Azure and Databricks.
* Design scalable data platforms supporting batch, streaming, and real-time analytics workloads.
* Lead solution design discussions, architecture reviews, and technical governance.
* Define data lake, data warehouse, lakehouse, and data mesh architectures.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
* Establish security, governance, and compliance standards across the platform.
* Design data integration frameworks using Azure-native services and Databricks.
* Drive performance optimization, cost management, and cloud modernization initiatives.
* Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams.
* Support proposal development, effort estimation, and client presentations.
* Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

* 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
* 4+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks and Spark-based solutions.
* Strong experience designing enterprise-scale data platforms.
* Experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
* Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
