About the Role
Boogie Team is looking for a technically capable Technical Web & Marketing Automation Specialist to support a U.S.
-based client with website transition, email and DNS setup, and marketing automation.
This role is focused less on building a website from scratch and more on helping the client transition existing systems, improve technical setup, and automate key marketing processes
. The client would like to remain hands-on and manage the systems independently, so the ideal candidate should be comfortable both implementing technical changes and clearly explaining how everything works.
The right person is organized, solutions-oriented, and confident working across websites, domains, email systems, integrations, and marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with transitioning the client's website away from Word Press to a more suitable platform or setup.
- Configure and troubleshoot domain and DNS settings
, including email-related records and connections. - Support email setup and authentication, including MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC when needed.
- Set up and improve marketing automations related to advertising campaigns, lead capture, follow-up, and tracking.
- Connect websites, forms, CRM platforms, email tools, and other third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across website, domain, email, tracking, and automation platforms.
- Document the setup and provide clear guidance so the client can confidently manage the process independently after the transition.
- At least 2 years of experience in web development, technical marketing, automation, or a similar role.
- Experience managing domains, DNS records, and email configuration
. - Familiarity with Word Press and experience with website migrations or platform transitions
. - Experience with CRM, workflow automation, or integration tools.
- Strong understanding of website forms, lead flow, tracking, and system integrations.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot technical problems and recommend practical solutions.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical processes clearly to non-technical clients.
- Experience with tools such as Go High Level , Zapier, Make, Hub Spot, Active Campaign, or similar platforms
. - Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead-generation workflows, and campaign automation
. - Experience connecting ad campaigns with CRM systems, lead forms, email sequences, or automated follow-up.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and pixels.
- Experience with website platforms outside of Word Press.
- Familiarity with email deliverability and domain authentication best practices.
- Experience supporting small businesses or U.S.
-based clients with technical transitions.
