Location: Louisiana
Intrado is seeking a PSAP (911) IT Field Technician (Level
3) to travel Louisiana, primarily near Baton Rouge and Jefferson Parish, installing and maintaining equipment. Requires 5+ years in technical customer service and networking, with telephony knowledge preferred.
Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s in MIS/CS is preferred. Local travel is required; on-call and night shifts may be needed. Equal opportunity employer.
