Data Center Technician – L3

L3 Data Center Technician Support mission-critical data center infrastructure by deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise servers, GPU systems, storage, networking equipment, and structured cabling.

• Data Center Hardware:
  Advanced troubleshooting and repair of x86 servers, GPU systems, storage platforms, and networking equipment.
• Rack, Stack & Cabling:
  Hands-on experience with hardware installation, power distribution, and structured copper and fiber cabling.
• Server Management & Linux:
  Experience with iLO, iDRAC, IPMI, Redfish, firmware/BIOS updates, and basic Linux command-line troubleshooting.

• 5+ years of enterprise or hyperscale data center experience.
• Ability to mentor junior technicians and independently resolve complex infrastructure issues.
• Availability for on-call rotations and after-hours maintenance windows.
• Candidates must have a valid U.S. passport, original U.S. birth certificate, or permanent resident card for required background screening.
