The Internal WWT IT team is the backbone of the company's technology environment - managing and supporting the hardware, software, networks, and data systems that keep WWT running, while providing top-notch support to employees. It's a dynamic, collaborative environment where your contributions directly impact the company's success.

The IT AI Center of Excellence (AI COE) is a hub for AI strategy, platform management, and enablement - driving the adoption of AI tools and capabilities across WWT. The Workforce AI team sits at the center of this transformation, managing WWT's portfolio of workforce AI platforms (such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Glean) and ensuring employees across the company can take full advantage of the latest AI tools embedded in their everyday workflows.

This spans platform administration, feature enablement, adoption analytics, and employee training - as well as supporting the AI Competency Center (AICC) and AI Transformation Office (AITO), WWT's organization-wide programs for building AI skills and capabilities across business units.

• Building and maintaining integrations and automation across WWT's workforce AI platforms (Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Glean, and similar) using their APIs and extensibility models
• Developing adoption and usage analytics pipelines, dashboards, and reporting that surface platform value and inform decisions
• Creating self-service enablement tooling — internal portals, skills libraries, plugins, and resources that help employees get more from AI platforms
• Automating platform administration, provisioning, and licensing governance to keep operations efficient and compliant
• Building demos and technical tooling to support AI Competency Center programming, including hackathons and showcases
• Furthering the adoption of AI platforms across WWT

• Build working software and deliver technical solutions that consistently exceed stakeholder expectations, using web, data, and AI technologies
• Design and maintain integrations across enterprise AI platforms (Copilot, Claude, Glean, and similar) and the systems that surround them
• Build data pipelines, analytics, and dashboards that track adoption, usage, and platform value across the enterprise
• Develop self-service tooling and enablement resources that help WWT employees and business units adopt AI in their daily work
• Build with governance, data privacy, security, and acceptable-use requirements in mind; partner with Legal, Compliance, and Security as needed given the enterprise-wide reach and sensitive data involved
• Stay current on emerging technologies, techniques, and patterns in the web, data, and AI space, including new platform features…
