Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of experience. 4 years of experience may be accepted in lieu of the degree.
- Experience with MS-SharePoint, Windows Desktop Support, and Tier 1 IT support
- DOD
8570.01M IAT Level II (Security+ or higher certification) - Active Secret clearanceSSBI with ability to obtain/maintain a TS security clearance
- US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain Invited Contractor status under the ROK/US Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA)

Our Systems Administrator is a junior position which will maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network engineers.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Monitor and manage system resources, including CPU usage, disk usage, and response times to maintain operating efficiency.
- Perform systems security administration functions, including creating user profiles and accounts.
- Performing other duties may include setting up administrator accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocating mass storage space.
- Interact with users and evaluates vendor products.
- Make recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery.
- Develop and monitor policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources
