About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Net Suite Administrator to serve as the primary point of contact for our Net Suite ERP system.
This role will manage the configuration, customization, security, data integrity, reporting, workflows, integrations, and overall performance of Net Suite. You'll also work directly with executives, department managers, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop practical system solutions.

- Serve as the primary administrator and point of contact for Net Suite ERP, ensuring the system effectively supports company business processes.
- Configure and customize Net Suite to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage users, roles, permissions, access levels, and system security.
- Maintain data integrity through data imports, cleanup, validation, and migration.
- Create and maintain workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs for executives, department managers, and key users.
- Use Suite Script to develop, customize, troubleshoot, and optimize Net Suite functionality.
- Support Net Suite integrations with third-party applications and systems.
- Provide technical support and training to Net Suite users.
- Develop training materials, process documentation, and SOPs to support users and new-hire onboarding.
- Partner with executives, department managers, and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Net Suite solutions.
- Analyze sales, customer support, operational, and business data to support reporting and decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, workflow optimization, automation, and increased efficiency.
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize requests, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
- Support Net Suite upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality while staying current with Net Suite features and best practices.
- 5+ years of professional experience administering, supporting, configuring, and/or developing solutions within Net Suite ERP.
- Net Suite Administrator Certification required.
- Strong knowledge of Net Suite architecture, administration, configuration, customization, and Suite Script.
- Experience as a Net Suite Administrator, Net Suite Business Analyst, ERP Administrator, ERP Business Analyst, Net Suite Consultant, or similar role.
- Hands‑on experience with Net Suite workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, KPIs, user roles, permissions, and security.
- Experience with Net Suite integrations, data management, and third‑party applications.
- Strong ability to gather and translate business requirements into practical ERP solutions.
- Experience with business process analysis, workflow optimization, automation, and process improvement.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with executives, department managers, and cross‑functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
- Undergraduate degree in a related field required;
Master’s degree preferred. - Ability to work 100% in office at our St. Louis, MO headquarters.
