Associate Partner – AI & Data, Life Sciences

• Advise C-Level executives on AI & Data strategies
• Guide large-scale digital transformations
• Act as a trusted advisor and source of strategic insight
• Oversee and nurture long‑term client relationships
• Ensure the highest quality of delivery
• Create new business opportunities and expand existing ones in Life Sciences
• Leverage an extensive network and collaborate with the business development team
• Engage with client C-level stakeholders to understand Data and AI challenges
• Develop solutions and support sustainable implementation and scaling
• Lead and collaborate within large cross‑functional teams
• Review and analyze client requirements and challenges
• Provide leadership and direction to elevate delivery capabilities
• Lead engagement teams in developing analyses, recommendations, and high‑quality deliverables
• Contribute to practice development based on experience and growth appetite

• Director, Associate Partner/Partner level (or equivalent title) experience at a consulting firm
• Data Science background and specialization across Life Science & Healthcare are required
• Proven track record of developing new client relationships and generating business development opportunities that leads to successful client engagements
• Demonstrated ability with the management of a portfolio of healthcare clients generating 7 figures in revenues in a consulting‑like industry
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and in‑depth knowledge/defined involvement in helping frame, design and implement and scale solutions for challenging business situations
• Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity, a creative visionary who can drive innovation
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English
• French and/or German are considered a plus

Demonstrates expertise in advising C‑Level executives on AI and Data strategies, with a strong background in Data Science and Life Sciences. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and develop sustainable solutions for complex business challenges.
