Implementation Specialist

• Deploy Fact Set products through high-value projects and engagements
• Ensure clients are properly set up to maximize value from Fact Set subscriptions
• Ensure data integration and quality
• Configure modules within Fact Set
• Build end-user reports and interfaces
• Train clients and support users during implementation
• Produce client-facing communication in coordination with the implementation project manager
• Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates
• Provide product, functional, and technical guidance based on customer needs
• Create user workflow and custom report specifications
• Establish priority and direction for technical integration staff on client requirements
• Develop comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of the Analytics suite
• Implement new and enhance existing deployments
• Communicate with sophisticated users using investment principles and industry applications
• Identify growth strategies and additional opportunities during implementation
• Share emerging trends, successes, and improvement areas
• Study client workflows and partner with Product Development and Engineering to enhance products
• Provide user training and support development of training programs
• Facilitate transition from implementation to support
• Mentor junior team members on larger and more complex engagements

• At least 2 years of experience working with Fact Set’s Analytics tools
• Strong technical background
• Proven technical proficiency, particularly in writing complex screening codes
• Understanding of how clients use Fact Set Analytics and Performance Solutions products
• CFA, CIPM, CAPM, FRM, MBA, or other industry certifications preferred
• Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
• Enthusiastic with a keen sense of initiative and a desire to take ownership
• Willingness to travel
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Demonstrates expertise in deploying Fact Set products and ensuring data integration and quality, while providing technical guidance and user training. Capable of managing implementation projects and mentoring team members to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
