Integration Solutions Developer

• Design, implement, and support integration solutions within Group Information Services
• Create or amend integration solutions according to specifications and plans
• Plan, develop, execute, and repeat tests to eliminate errors and achieve error-free results
• Document work according to agreed standards
• Perform testing of deliverables, independently or with others
• Process and apply new technical information quickly
• Participate in reviews of own work
• Work largely autonomously
• Establish ongoing working relationships with internal customers
• Capture, investigate, resolve, and appropriately elevate system problems
• Develop proposals for system changes related to service improvements and feed them into the pre-sales cycle
• Handle service requests

• Act as a contact for implementation of system requirements within assigned projects
• Conduct regular reviews with relevant business project managers
• Prepare and distribute progress reports to the team leader

• SAP PI development experience in 7.31 and/or above
• SAP BTP Integration Suite experience
• Ability to read/write SQL
• Ability to read/write XSLT
• Ability to read/write XQuery
• Ability to read/write XPath
• Ability to read/write Groovy
• Experience with EDI EDIFACT and ANSI X12 standards
• Experience with cXML and xCBL XML standards
• Experience with Success Factors integrations
• Experience with SAP ECC, interfacing with IDOCs and Proxy Classes
• Understanding of software development principles
• Appreciation of software development methodologies
• Logical and analytical approach to solving problems
• Capability in at least one programming/scripting language, such as ABAP, VB, C++, Power Shell, Groovy, XSLT, XQuery, or SQL
• Knowledge of methods and procedures for planning, creating, and performing tests for program components and assemblies
• Excellent knowledge and experience of integration developments in both A2A and B2B integrations
• Excellent knowledge of XML and JSON formats
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Good knowledge and experience of SAP, MS Office, and MS Teams
• Expert user of at least one middleware application, with a deep understanding of integration methods
• Excellent attention to detail
• Understanding of business processes, ideally in the procurement cycle, and ITIL management
• Basic knowledge of several different systems from user and system configuration/administration perspectives
• Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills
• Ability to document system configuration requirements clearly and unambiguously
• Good knowledge of the IT industry and understanding of IT technologies and products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
