- Analyze complex business processes, workflows, and systems to identify optimization, automation, and operational excellence opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into clear requirements
- Design, develop, and implement system solutions aligned with business goals
- Manage end-to-end implementations
- Create business and technical documentation, functional specifications, system design documents, and test plans
- Conduct system testing and validation and provide ongoing support and maintenance
- Perform data analysis, query writing, and report development
- Lead and mentor analysts and manage projects
- Communicate with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and build consensus
- Act as a subject matter expert on systems and processes
- Drive internal process improvements
- BS Degree or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 2 years of directly related experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Matrix or other MLS products
- Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, including SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies
- Experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the real estate or adjacent industry is a plus
Demonstrates expertise in business analysis, system design, and implementation, with a strong focus on data analysis and reporting. Proven ability to lead projects, mentor teams, and drive process improvements in alignment with business objectives.
