Job Description:
Insight Global is looking to add a Scrum Master/Salesforce Business Analyst to support a fast-paced Salesforce environment focused on Sales Cloud enhancements and business transformation initiatives. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving Agile delivery while ensuring Salesforce solutions align with business objectives. They will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and PI Planning activities.
They will work closely with managers to understand team capacity, prioritize work, and ensure development efforts remain aligned with business priorities and timelines. They will monitor the progression of change requests and enhancements throughout the development lifecycle, conduct daily check-ins with developers, identify and remove delivery roadblocks, and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to key stakeholders. In addition, this person will be responsible for business analyst duties such as gathering, documenting, and refining requirements from sales and operational teams, translating business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and Salesforce configuration requirements.
They will analyze enhancement requests related to Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Lead Management, Account Planning, and other Sales Cloud functionality while partnering with business users, product owners, developers, and QA teams to deliver effective solutions. From a platform perspective, they will evaluate incoming change requests and determine the appropriate Salesforce solution, often leveraging declarative configuration tools such as custom fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, and permission sets.
They will assist with deployment planning, post-release validation, and ongoing platform enhancements while maintaining system integrity and data quality. The person will need to have experience managing multiple concurrent projects and strategic initiatives at once.
