Location: Hazelwood
Potter Global Technologies is seeking a Tier 2 Help Desk Technician to provide advanced technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and business applications at our Hazelwood, MO facility. You will diagnose complex hardware, software, network, and account issues while maintaining strong customer service and documentation.
The role requires 2–4 years of IT support experience, proficiency with Windows and macOS, and experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra .
