Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a senior ML scientist to apply, evaluate, and validate computational pathology approaches and imaging analytics for histopathology endpoints and spatial analyses. You will curate large imaging datasets, train deep learning models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design analytic strategies.
Proficiency in Python and/or MATLAB and libraries like PyTorch, Pandas, scikit-learn, Num Py, Open Slide, OpenCV, MONAI, and Elastix is expected.
