As a Lead Project Manager within our client’s IT Project Management team, you will provide strategic leadership for complex enterprise portfolios, driving Agile delivery at scale and championing AI-first project management practices. You will partner with executive leadership, enterprise architecture, and AI governance teams to define and operationalize AI-enabled delivery capabilities. In this role, you will set the vision for AI adoption across the organization, govern cross-portfolio dependencies, and mentor project managers at all levels.

You will develop strategic roadmaps, deliver executive communications, and oversee portfolio health and risk governance using AI-powered tools. Additionally, you will manage multi-stream vendor projects, drive digital transformation initiatives, and serve as an AI and Agile advocate, fostering organizational learning and continuous improvement.

• Set strategic portfolio vision, investment themes, and value delivery roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee portfolio governance, Agile program delivery, and continuous value realization throughout all phases of project execution.
• Develop enterprise-level strategies, executive dashboards, and communication frameworks for portfolio health and AI-driven insights.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to communicate portfolio performance, strategic risks, and AI-generated forecasts.
• Govern vendor relationships, negotiate Agile delivery contracts, and ensure AI-readiness across external partners.
• Lead enterprise dependency management using AI tools to visualize and resolve cross-team risks.
• Orchestrate enterprise PI Planning, portfolio Kanban, and milestone tracking with AI-enhanced Agile platforms.
• Define and monitor KPIs, value stream metrics, and predictive delivery indicators leveraging AI analytics.
• Support enterprise risk management through scenario modeling and predictive risk analytics.
• Drive organizational learning through Inspect and Adapt cycles and AI-assisted trend analysis.
• Establish Agile governance standards, AI-augmented delivery playbooks, and project management centers of excellence.
• Manage complex, multi-vendor projects to ensure Agile value delivery and optimized financial management.
• Collaborate with business leaders to support digital transformation efforts and maximize AI-driven operational efficiencies.
• Mentor project management staff on Agile leadership, AI adoption, and professional development.

• 7+ years of progressive project management experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise Agile programs and AI-augmented delivery initiatives.
• Mastery of enterprise Agile and portfolio management platforms such as Azure Dev Ops, with strategic oversight of toolchain governance.
• Expertise in executive communication platforms, AI analytics suites, and enterprise collaboration ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture tools, value stream mapping, and AI-powered strategic modeling platforms.
• Advanced data and analytics literacy, including governance of AI/ML pipelines, data strategy, and analytics-driven decision-making.
• Broad technical knowledge across enterprise platforms, AI technologies, cloud ecosystems, and digital transformation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or related field, with relevant work experience.
