World Wide Technology, Inc. (WWT) currently has an opening for a Service Now Senior Developer
- Workflow Management as a part of our Internal IT Application Services Team.

• Assist in the development and configuration of applications using the Service Now platform, under the guidance of Technical Lead. This may involve creating forms, fields, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.
• Write and maintain code using scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide API within the Service Now platform. Follow coding standards and best practices as guided by Senior developer.
• Conduct unit testing of developed functionalities to ensure they meet the defined requirements. Assist in debugging and troubleshooting application code, identifying, and resolving technical issues.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems, OR equivalent experience and/or certifications
• 3+ Years as a Service Now Developer
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) for both a technical and non-technical audience.
• Experience integrating Service Now with external systems using JDBC and various Web Services, such as JSON, XML, REST, SOAP, etc., is preferred.
• Experience with the following Service Now Products: ITSM, PPM, FSM, CSM, SPM, App Dev Engine preferred
