On-site Monday - Friday (City of Industry, CA)
Budget: $22-$26/hr
Assists Product Development (PD) team throughout the development process, coordinating with PD/Tech team to ensure merchant's vision is achieved.
What You'll Do:- Communicate daily with cross functional departments
- Design, Merchandising, Technical Design and with Product Development team co-workers and supervisors - Assist the Production Manager with day-to-day responsibilities, including maintaining accurate records and taking detailed notes during meetings and fittings.
- Update weekly WIP reports for multiple seasons simultaneously to maintain accurate information that is used by cross-functional partners
- Track samples and approvals according to calendar due dates
- Follow the purchase order process for timeliness and accuracy
- Support department with administrative tasks
- Assist Production Manager in day to day functions including accurate record keeping
- Communicate via email with off-shore vendors/factories to make progress on product development events
- 1 to 2 years experience.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Have strong communication and organization skills, initiative and follow-up skills
- Able to handle multiple projects
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook
