Business Solutions Analyst

• Drive the strategic direction of the organization's systems, processes, and procedures
• Lead research, design, documentation, and modification of requirements and designs
• Work with stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met and proposed solutions align with organizational strategy
• Partner with business and technical teams to develop deliverables across all delivery phases
• Identify and define requirements, process flows, and use cases through user acceptance testing
• Develop and maintain system documentation and process flow diagrams
• Support maintenance and completeness of the Engage product backlog, including prioritization, refinement, and elaboration of stories, features, and epics
• Analyze and identify needs for new processes and procedures
• Drive process improvement implementation based on analysis
• Research and identify standard methodologies and communicate policies and procedures to business teams and teammates
• Participate in design and solutioning sessions to align platform capabilities with business requirements and value realization
• Perform other assigned duties

• Applicants must have current authorization to work in the United States on a full‑time basis
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years as a Business Architect or in a similar IT role
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite and Visio
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Pega Cloud Systems
• Expert knowledge of system architecture and design best practices
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision‑making skills
• Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Pega BA Certification preferred

Demonstrates expertise in system architecture and design best practices, with a strong focus on process improvement and stakeholder collaboration. Proficient in developing and maintaining system documentation and process flow diagrams to align business objectives with technical solutions.
