Product Manager, Ecosystem Health

• Translate the Ecosystem Health vision into product strategy and roadmap across platform integrity, fraud prevention, moderation, authenticity, and user trust
• Lead complex product initiatives from problem definition through launch and iteration
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Customer Experience, Legal, Privacy, and Marketing
• Build and improve AI/ML-powered detection and moderation systems for harmful behavior at scale
• Develop user-facing products for authenticity and trust, including verification, age assurance, reporting, and privacy controls
• Define ecosystem health metrics and identify emerging risks
• Make product tradeoffs using data and prioritize work that improves user safety and platform integrity

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Ownership of complex consumer products or platforms at scale
• Experience in trust and safety, fraud prevention, risk, identity, marketplace integrity, or a related domain
• Experience translating company or functional direction into product strategy, multi-quarter roadmaps, and shipped outcomes across multiple teams
• Strong technical and analytical judgment
• Experience working with engineers and data scientists on automated decision systems, model performance, platform architecture, and operational tooling
• Experience defining success metrics and diagnosing patterns in large or complex datasets
• Ability to make evidence-based product tradeoffs
• Ability to create clarity and momentum across senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Experience with sensitive or adversarial environments, such as user-generated content, account authenticity, age assurance, scams, abuse, or regulatory risk
• Experience in data science, machine learning, software engineering, or highly technical product environments
• Active use of AI tools or ability to rapidly become AI-native
• Ability and willingness to work in person Tuesdays and Thursdays at a designated office hub
• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer
