We’re looking for a Digital Product Designer Level II to join our Digital Solutions team within our Winnipeg Office.
The Digital Product Designer Level II plays a key role in shaping user-centralised digital experiences across multiple projects. This role is responsible for translating business goals and user needs into clear product concepts, detailed requirement documentation, and intuitive UX and UI designs. The designer produces high-quality mock-ups, development-ready assets, and contributes to the overall design system. Working closely with the Manager of Digital Product Design and other team members, this position actively supports innovation by exploring new, engaging ways to enhance user and customer experiences.

- Design intuitive UX and engaging UI across web, mobile, and digital products.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity designs.
- Develop clear, development-ready design assets and documentation.
- Contribute to and maintain the organization’s design system.
- Collaborate with Product Design, Digital Solutions, QA, Marketing, and Business Development.
- Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback and insights.
- Solve design challenges with a user-centered, problem-solving mindset.
- Explore new ideas and technologies to enhance user and customer experiences.
- Use AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve design efficiency and quality.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to clearly document requirements, designs, and technical details.
