Role

Senior Director, Global SOX at Revolution Medicines, overseeing the company’s enterprise-wide Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance and internal controls program.

• lead global SOX and ICFR initiatives
• develop scalable governance models
• coordinate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions
• maintain SOX documentation
• serve as the primary liaison with internal and external auditors
• Also oversee ITGC programs supporting financial reporting systems
• partner with IT and process owners on controls related to enterprise systems
• embed controls in system implementations and operational processes
• Lead remediation efforts for audit findings
• build a high-performing global SOX team

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, CIA, CISA or similar certification preferred.
• 12+ years’ experience in SOX, internal controls, IT audit, or controllership, with extensive experience managing SOX 404 programs in publicly traded, multi-entity, international companies.
• Deep knowledge of COSO, PCAOB standards, SEC reporting, ITGCs, and financial processes.

• experience in biotech/life sciences, global ERP systems, SOX automation and analytics, and familiarity with platforms like Net Suite, Workday, or Wdesk.

• Collaboration with senior management, auditors, and cross-functional teams across geographies is essential.
