SAP-BRIM Implementation – Project Manager

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the SAP BRIM workstream within the L2C program from requirements through design, build, test, cutover, and Hyper Care
• Own the integrated project plan, milestones, critical path, and RACI
• Align delivery with the broader L2C roadmap and dependent work streams
• Manage a cross-functional delivery team of HPE business and IT stakeholders, system integrator partners, and onshore/offshore development and testing resources
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, forecasts, actuals, change control, and trade-off recommendations
• Own RAID management and drive risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies to closure
• Coordinate integration design and delivery across SAP S/4
  
  HANA, CPQ, CRM, entitlement and fulfillment platforms, and data migration streams
• Drive SIT, UAT, and performance testing, including defect triage and resolution
• Plan and execute cutover, go-live, and Hyper Care, including business readiness and training coordination
• Provide executive-ready status reporting and represent the workstream in governance and steering committee forums
• Ensure compliance with audit, SOX, security, and data privacy controls

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of IT project and program management experience delivering large-scale enterprise applications
• At least 5 years in the SAP ecosystem
• 3+ full-lifecycle SAP BRIM / Hybris Billing implementations in a project or workstream lead capacity
• At least one global rollout
• Experience delivering subscription, consumption, or as-a-service monetization capabilities in a quote-to-cash or lead-to-cash context
• Experience managing blended onshore/offshore delivery teams and system integrator partners against fixed milestones and budgets
• Experience delivering within a large-scale business transformation, ERP migration, or post-merger integration program strongly preferred
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Scrum certification preferred
• Deep understanding of SAP BRIM components:
  Subscription Order Management, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and FI-CA
• Knowledge of SAP S/4
  
  HANA, SAP CPQ, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, IDocs, data migration, and reconciliation
• Strong command of end-to-end lead-to-cash process design
• Proficiency with hybrid Agile and waterfall delivery methods and Jira, Confluence, Service Now, Microsoft Project, and Power BI
• Financial acumen in workstream budgeting, capitalization, forecasting, and scope-change impact
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrixed, multi-vendor environment
• Analytical, structured problem-solving approach and strong attention to detail

Demonstrates expertise in leading SAP BRIM work streams within the L2C program, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with audit and security controls. Proficient in project management methodologies, including Agile and waterfall, with a strong focus on financial acumen and stakeholder management.
