SAP Order Management SME, Order Capture

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP S/4
  
  HANA Order Management solutions
• Own end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including customer master data, sales order management, pricing and rebates, credit management, billing and invoicing, returns, and customer claims
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design workshops, and business process reengineering
• Lead global SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementations, upgrades, and transformation programs
• Ensure integration with Finance (FI/CO), Customer Service (CS), CRM, and eCommerce platforms
• Support SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, reports, interfaces, and workflows
• Provide leadership for production support, issue resolution, and continuous process optimization
• Mentor junior analysts and consultants while driving best practices and governance
• Help unify quoting, ordering, and fulfillment across HPE and Juniper networking portfolios onto a single platform

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 10+ years of SAP experience
• At least 5+ years in SAP S/4
  
  HANA Order Management and Sales processes
• Deep expertise in SAP SD and Order-to-Cash business processes
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Sales
• Experience with pricing and billing
• Integration experience with MM, GTM modules, and FI
• Experience leading global SAP transformation programs and cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs, EDI, and middleware platforms
• Proven ability to engage with executive stakeholders and business leadership
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Onshore work arrangement
• SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementation certification preferred
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications and user experience design preferred
• Knowledge of SAP BRIM, CRM, CPQ, IBP, or Commerce Cloud preferred
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and Dev Ops practices preferred
