- Administer key go-to-market business systems, including Salesforce, Lean Data, Outreach, Gong.io, Chili Piper, Zoom Info, and Workato
- Build and deploy Salesforce automation flows, validations, and applications
- Enhance existing systems and implement new features for Customer Success, Account Management, and Solutions teams
- Analyze business requirements and systems capabilities
- Write specifications for systems builds and run end-to-end implementations
- Write and maintain documentation for systems builds and integrations
- 3+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations or business systems in a fast-paced environment
- Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent experience
- Mastery of Salesforce and GTM automation tools, including Lean Data, Outreach, Chili Piper, Workato, and Hightouch
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience leveraging AI tools to automate workflows and processes
- Ability to build elegant, efficient, and scalable solutions
- Structured thinking and ability to distill complex concepts and communicate them to varied audiences
- Ability to dissect problems, identify solutions, and drive completion autonomously
Demonstrates expertise in Salesforce administration and go-to-market automation tools, with a strong ability to analyze business requirements and implement scalable solutions. Proficient in leveraging AI tools for workflow automation and effective communication of complex concepts.
